Payment Options & Refunds

A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to successfully reserve the venue on your date of choice. Your deposit amount will be subtracted from the total balance due. Please note ALL payments above the deposit are also non-refundable for any reasons.

However, you may move the deposit to a new date or other person(s) if needed for no additional fees, if booked within 1 year of the original reserved date.

Below is the breakdown of due dates:

• Deposit due to reserve date.

• 40% due 6 months prior to event if time allows.

  • If time doesn't allow 40% due at 3 months prior to event.

• Remaining balance is due no later than 3 weeks prior to event date.
